Chevet grange – Wakefield
Working with our client Hanover this project will deliver Biodiversity Net Gain through a combination of on-site habitat creation and off-site biodiversity credit purchase. New habitats were created within the site to maximise ecological value and deliver long-term benefits for wildlife. Where on-site credits were constrained, the remaining net gain was secured through off-site credits, working closely with third-party provider Environment Bank to ensure a robust and transparent solution. This collaborative approach ensured full compliance while supporting wider habitat creation beyond the development
